DEMO2024 is an annual showcase presented by NEW INC, the New Museum's cultural incubator in New York City. This event highlights innovative projects at the intersection of art, design, and technology, developed by NEW INC's members. DEMO2024 features exhibitions, performances, and discussions, offering a platform for emerging creators to present their work to the public and industry professionals.

As mainstage producer and stage readiness doula, I produced the Mainstage Talks at DEMO2024, elevating speaker performances and audience engagement.

Speakers needed support to deliver impactful presentations, and interdisciplinary event logistics required seamless execution.

I co-implemented a stage readiness program, managed the Mainstage budget, led a team of 20+, and oversaw all logistics. My efforts resulted in increased audience participation and an elevated festival impact.
