I oversaw all aspects of company management of 10+ cast and crew, including financial operations, contracts, and day-to-day logistics, while maintaining a strong focus on creative execution. I managed budgets, coordinated schedules, oversaw all creative direction and execution to facilitate a seamless national tour alongside Sammy Rae + Friends. I produced and executed sold out performances at venues including Baby’s Alright, Rockwood Music Hall, NuBlu, The Ned, Sony’s Music Hall, Joe’s Pub, and JAG Fest, among others.
